I have had things in storage a few times over the last 2 decades and this was the best experience by far. The staff were always responsive and if it was closed, their after hours system provided help within an hour. The staff went above and beyond! Lynda, the manager, went way out of her way to make my move as smooth as possible. I’m am very thankful for her help and management. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

This was the easiest way to rent a storage unit! The staff was kind, courteous and accommodating! Lynda did the paperwork with me in the office in Smithville which she conveniently met me at! Friendly, fast, straightforward! Thank you Access Storage!

Great experience working with the staff at Access Storage. I was in need of storage locker and I called on a Saturday morning to ask for a quote. I spoke to a sales agent and received a quote on the size of the storage locker i needed immediately. I Met with the staff on site today and we filled out the paperwork quick and easily. Everything was explained to me in detail.
