I just got a unit so I can only speak on customer service & the manager is absolutely fantastic. Made the process quick and easy. I needed a lock last minute and he made sure there was a lock in a lock box for me literally before my 15 minute drive to the property. 5 stars for sure!

Good storage facility easy access very good service once I reach someone in a local office that spoke English. The only downfall is that calls go through a call center where the odds are the person answering the phone is not a Canadian and struggles to speak English. These call centers exist for that reason and should be shut down.

Lynda ( Store Manager) for my location was a pleasure to deal with. Facility clean. Grounds fine. At end of winter some roadways and entrance way needed some repairs for potholes/settling. Actually prefer a unit with power, but regardless a very good experience.
